Overview
Quick Fuel Fleet Services introduces its newest fueling innovation, QuickNet®, which allows you to access your account via the Internet, giving you the ability to make changes quickly and efficiently on-line.

It only takes a few minutes to sign up for QuickNet®. Once you are signed up, you'll have access 24-hours a day from any computer that connects to the Internet!

Account Changes
QuickNet® has many useful features that will help you manage your account. These include the ability to activate or shut-off cards and change driver names, fueling limits, and pin numbers. In addition, you can add new units or order new cards. For all changes, you simply input the information and submit it.

Take a look at the example below. From this screen, you are able to edit driver names, numbers and fueling information.

Report Features
QuickNet® gives you reporting options to help you manage your fleet more efficiently, with just a few clicks of a mouse. You can view and download fueling transactions by keying in the start and end dates of the time period you want to look at. This will generate an easy to read vehicle analysis report, detailing your fueling transactions.

Another helpful feature is the ability to view card and unit lists. Through QuickNet®, you can make the changes and adjustments needed to stay up-to-date with your account.

QuickNet® also allows you to view your fuel pricing daily, giving you the flexibility to access this information when it is convenient to you. You will have up-to-date pricing at your fingertips. Take a look at the example below, demonstrating how you can generate daily transaction reports, card rosters and unit rosters.

Getting Started
To get started you must first have an Internet connection and web browser. Once you have logged on, here's what you need to do:

  1. Go to the Quick Fuel website at www.quickfuel.com.

  2. On the home page, click on the Log on to QuickNet® icon in the lower right corner of the page.

  3. Click on New to QuickNet? Sign up now!. Complete the new user account set-up as directed on the screen. As the first user on the system, you are automatically the QuickNet® Administrator. Prior to approving your User ID, a Quick Fuel Representative will contact your company's primary contact in our records, verifying that you are authorized to access your account on-line. Refer to the "Administrator Guidelines" at the right.

  4. An e-mail will be sent to you when you have been authorized for on-line access, confirming your name, password and User ID. In addition, a follow-up letter will be sent to the person that appears in Quick Fuel's records as your company's Quick Fuel contact, verifying that on-line access has been established.

  5. After you receive the confirming e-mail, you will have on-line access to your account.

Administrator Guidelines
The first user to receive a User ID from Quick Fuel is considered to be the Web Administrator for their company. As the Web Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Enroll any additional users for your company. When enrolling new users, you must choose which accounts the user has access to and what rights the user has.

  • If an employee leaves the company and had a User ID, you (the Administrator) must delete the User's ID.
