Quick Fuel’s four-step winter refueling program features everything from moisture removal and lubrication management to fuel testing and state-of-the-art satellite monitoring—all to make sure your vehicles—and the fuel powering them—can weather whatever cold, wet conditions come their way.

Here’s how it works

1. In the fall, we treat all storage tanks with a drying agent to help eliminate water. The agent combats moisture caused by condensation and falling temperatures.
2. We use a special cold-weather additive to safeguard your vehicles and equipment against gelling, increase lubricity and improve engine performance.
3. Throughout the cold weather season, we test fuel from your supply terminals for Cloud Point, Cold Filter Plug Point (CFPP), and moisture content.
4. We monitor weather conditions on your behalf, then blend the appropriate quantities of the right additives to ensure operability in your area.
